First Visit Expectations for New Patients

We pride ourselves on providing quality, affordable services to new patients. We offer many payment options, including Lending Club and CareCredit. We can additionally prioritize and stagger your treatments to give you the amazing smile you deserve in a timeframe you can afford.

1. Understanding Your Medical and Dental History

Our team will start your appointment by asking a few questions about your medical and dental history. Certain medical conditions or medications can impact your treatment plan, so we will also ask you to list any medications you are taking and their dosages (including vitamins and supplements).

We will then perform a comprehensive oral exam. This may include x-rays and a non-invasive oral cancer screening. If no signs of periodontal disease are present, one of our hygienists will continue with a routine cleaning. If we do notice signs of periodontal disease, we may ask you to reschedule the cleaning portion of your appointment to allow more time for a thorough cleaning.

Once your exam is finished, we will discuss our findings with you. Together, we will create a treatment plan that best fits your dental desires, while also giving you a healthy smile.

Financial Options

Logos for LendingClub and CareCredit, with LendingClub’s name in navy blue and a red square grid, and CareCredit’s name in green with a teal and green abstract symbol—ideal options for new patients seeking flexible payment solutions.

We want to help new patients receive the dental care they deserve. We discuss all cost and payment options with you to make sure you are comfortable with your treatment plan and to answer any questions you have prior to the start of treatment. You will never have surprises when it comes to your bill.

DENTAL INSURANCE

We want new patients to get the most out of their budget, so we work with your insurance provider to ensure you get the best coverage available to you.

We are a Preferred Provider (PPO) for many dental insurance companies. If you need assistance or have questions about your insurance policies or claims, our staff is knowledgeable and always available to help you.

We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and work with LendingClub and CareCredit®, so you can get the care you need when you need it.
